Williamstown, WV, September 23, 2010 Debra J. “Debbie” Cunningham, owner of Evergreen Business Strategies, Inc. of Williamstown, WV will be hosting a FREE teleclass entitled, “Top 5 Time Wasters and How to Quickly Solve Them so you can add 1-2 hours of time to your day, every day."   This FREE teleclass will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at 8:00 PM. 

“This FREE teleclass is open to anyone who wants to learn new techniques to help them save time and energy,” commented Ms. Cunningham. 

She will be discussing how to recognize and stop the top time wasters in your life.  “These are easy techniques once you recognize what is eating up your time and have a way to effectively deal with them once and for all,” she said.   “Just by handling these time wasters everyday, you can save at least 1-2 hours per day.  That time can be used to be more productive or to do the things you want to do, like having fun with your family,” she continued.
